the date and time of the Annual General Meeting
YCBC will hold its 55th Annual General Meeting in the Function Room above the New Gym The Mount School starting at 8.00 P.M. on Friday the 25th February 2005. Papers etc will be available to read from 7.30 onwards.
Nominations for Executive committee positions and any rule changes should be forwarded to the Hon. General Secretary( 11 Meadow Way, Off Stockton Lane, York YO31 1EQ by Thursday 3rd February 2005 at the latest.
Emails via the website are acceptable, as are personal letters to the secretary and signatures on the list below.
Please contact the secretary on 01904 414472 if you require more information about the process or roles and responsibilities.
Please would
retiring members ensure that they have indicated their willingness to stand
again to the Club Secretary prior to the closing date with details of their
proposer and seconder.
It is possible for the Executive Committee to co-opt
up to 2 additional members to assist with the club administration. If you
feel that you do not wish to be proposed as an elected member but would be
prepared to assist with club administration please make yourself known to the
Club secretary (Tel.01904 414472).

time and are nominated by the Chief
Coach and Swimming Committee members.
All nominations must be proposed and seconded by a YCBC Club member.
All nominees must also be YCBC members. Before making a nomination please check the person you wish to nominate is willing to stand.
