Yorkshire Age Group Team Championships

In the Yorkshire age group team championships the 9/10 year old team of Georgina Hart, Claire Owen, Jennifer Hodgson and Anna Atkinson-Smith took silver in the freestyle team. Unfortunately they suffered a disqualification in the heats of the medley team where the time they posted was some three and a half seconds faster than the winning team. .

Bronze medals came from boys 11yrs medley team Norbert Banhidy,  James Wilby, Andrew Burns and Simon Duston.  Girls 14yrs freestyle team of Michelle Moffatt, Lucy Recchia, Becci Jenkins and Alice Sunderland and the Boys 15/16yrs freestyle team of Andy Fowler, Phil Graves, Kieran Taylor and Matt Reed.

Other finalists were;

Boys 9/10yrs Medley team 8th Oliver Hicks, Tom Bartram, Aaron Perry and Eddie                                            Clarkson

Boys 11yrs Freestyle team  4th Norbert Banhidy, James Wilby, Andrew Burns and                                                      Simon Duston.

Girls 12yrs Freestyle team 7th,

                   Medley team 8th   Hannah Carty, Rachael Webster, Kirsty                                                              Smith and Sophie Glasby.

Boys 13yrs Freestyle team 6th

                  Medley team 5th    James Rogers, Oliver Wilby, Tom Jackson and Duncan                                               Rajan.

Girls 14yrs Medley team 6th   Alice Sunderland, Lucy Recchia, Becci Jenkins and                                                     Michelle Moffatt.

Boys 15/16yrs Med team 4th  Andy Fowler, Matt Reed, Phil Graves and Kieran Taylor

Girls 15/16yrs Free team 8th

                        Med team 7th   Hannah Waterfall, Alice Lawrenson, Lauren Mason and                                         Anna Horwell
